• “Hands-on” server operating system administration experience in two of three core server technologies – Linux, Windows, UNIX.
• Direct experience in a medium-sized server environment or larger (250-500 servers).
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel.
  
• Leadership experience.
• Ability to listen and articulate ideas orally and in writing.
